KHS’ Michael Brandt reaches the Podium

Tuesday night racing at Long Beach El Dorado Park is in full swing and after a few weeks of racing, KHS Inside Sales Rep took a fabulous second place in the Men's 3/4/5 race. Next week he will be going for the win. Michael is now 7th in overall points standings with 9 points.

Mother and son tandem tourist

Maria, a 57 year old mother of 5, and her son Fernando, 29, bicycled 5 days and 350 km on a KHS Tandem. Check out their fun and melodic video Projecto Tandem 2 by clicking on the picture below (I can’t figure out how to embed the video here… sorry):

Tatsuya in Monument Valley

Tatsuya, a world cyclist for KHS Bicycles, sends his greeting from Monument Valley, UT earlier this week. He is heading toward Colorado starting from Flagstaff, AZ on a folding bike F-20W (not currently available in US).  Tatsuya has previously biked across the USA from Alaska to Florida, then throughout South America.  He is now based in Japan where he plans to start a bicycle touring business.

Getting ready for Solvang this weekend

Solvang Century is this weekend and as previously mentioned, KHS will be there to support all the riders with basic mechanical trouble assistance. We are getting our box van (pictures left) ready with road bikes for everyone to check out!

Yes, website was down

For those of you trying to visit our site this past weekend, I apologize for the site being down. I realized the problem on Sunday night and found one setting on our web-host to be off, thus causing the problem. Our web-host said it could have been because they were doing scheduled “maintenance”, which caused the setting change. Go figure. Oh well, at least it wasn’t a malicious attack.
