Congratulations to Eder Frayre. Mexico is allowed only one rider to participate in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Eder has been chosen to be the first alternate behind Luis Lemus for the one Olympic road race spot. The team and all our sponsors are very proud of Eder and his commitment to do his best to receive the sole Olympic spot. Ultimately, the committee did not select him which was a disappointment, but he will be ready in the event he will need to fill the spot for Lemus. Eder’s next race for the team will be the Cascade Cycling Classic in Bend, OR later this month.
